TMC Turbine Parts is located in a 12,000 square foot shop with a variety of manual lathes, mills and grinders as well as high production C-N-C equipment giving TMC Turbine Parts the capability to machine a wide variety of materials to meet the customers’ needs, including castings, forgings, aerospace alloys and plastics. We specialize in, though are not limited to consumable gas turbine hardware, such as vane seals, pins, locking hardware of all types, fasteners, cross fire tubes, honeycomb seals. Providing quality re engineered or blue print specific replaceable parts at a competitive price and short lead times to fit our customer’s requirements.

Our CNC machining capability provides turning capacity up to 20” in diameter and milling up to 36”, our work cell capability allows us to finish parts complete with minimum downtime for set up, therefore expediting the work to you, the customer, in a timely manor. TMC Turbine Parts not only provides a whole array of modern equipment to fit the customers’ needs, from high production pallet machines to high precision part capability in individual unit orders. We aim too fit within the time constraints of our customer base, to do so, we provide twenty four hour, seven day a week manufacturing capability at a moments notice.
